All car cleaning tools and car fragrance products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
* Original packaging, unused and intact
* All accessories and instructions included
* We offer free returns and exchanges for products with quality issues or shipping damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items
* Used, damaged, or lost items
* Disposable consumables or fragrance products that cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons
* Items damaged due to improper customer operation

3. Return and Exchange Process
* Contact Customer Service
Contact us via email or phone, providing your order number and a description of the problem.
* Application Confirmation
We will review your return and exchange request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return address.

Returning Goods: Please return the goods to the provided return address and retain the tracking information.

Refund or Exchange: After receiving the goods and confirming that they meet the return/exchange conditions, we will process the refund or resend the goods within 2 days.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment account, which may be slightly delayed due to bank processing time.

4. Shipping Costs: For quality issues or shipping damage: We will bear the return shipping costs.

For returns/exchanges not due to quality issues: The customer will bear the shipping costs.
